Mr. Swann’s career started at Hailey Realty Company where he focused on office tenant and landlord representation. Throughout his time there, he gained tremendous knowledge of the Atlanta office market. Mr. Swann has fulfilled real estate needs for a variety of industries including but not limited to financial, technology, hospitality, real estate development, legal, medical, advertising, professional counseling, and investment companies.

Mr. Swann is an Atlanta native. He attends Christ the King Church and enjoys golf, the outdoors, music, and volunteering with The Shepherd Center & The Covenant House.
