Taylor’s career began at McEver & Tribble in 2013 with a risk management platform that primarily focused on manufacturing and commercial real estate, in particular owners and developers of multifamily, industrial, senior living, and large-scale residential development.  Being on the transaction side gave Taylor exposure to a wide spectrum of real estate deals and investment opportunities, of which, land development in all forms being the primary driver.

Taylor specializes in land brokerage and site strategy, with a focus on sourcing off-market opportunities for large-scale residential developers, industrial end users, and data center developers. He partners with large tract homebuilders to identify and assemble land for master-planned communities, while also advising clients on the acquisition of industrial and mission-critical sites in competitive markets throughout the southeast. Taylor’s true passion is using this skill set to benefit churches throughout the sunbelt, in helping them maximize the value of their excess land through his network of developer partnerships.

Taylor is an Atlanta native. He and his wife, Courtney, have three daughters and a son, and a Cavalier Spaniel, Dolly. Taylor enjoys golf, Highlands, Lake Rabun, never-ending kids sporting activities, and helping his younger brother’s inner-city school and ministry, Thrive Academy.
