Paul Reese joined Capital Real Estate Group in 2023 after nearly seven years at Colliers International. Paul provides strategic office space advisory services for professional firms, emerging technology companies, and healthcare companies. Paul takes a consultative approach to help clients analyze space needs and minimize real estate costs while navigating market conditions. With deep market knowledge and relationships, Paul also assists owners, investors and developers with dispositions and acquisitions throughout Metro Atlanta. Paul takes a long-term approach in developing client relationships to build trust and create the best real estate solution.

Paul grew up in Albany, Georgia and attended Georgia Tech. Upon graduation, Paul returned to Albany for a stint with his family construction company before returning to Atlanta and starting his commercial real estate career. Paul enjoys golf, the outdoors and watching Georgia Tech sports.
