Jonathan Kesler is a Senior Director with Capital Real Estate Group’s US Healthcare Investment Sales Practice. Jonathan has advised and closed on the sale of over $300mm of physician owned and occupied medical office buildings and has provided valuation analyses and capital strategy consulting to owners of more than $1.65 billion in healthcare real estate assets. He is responsible for identifying and developing new markets and clientele as well as developing marketing content and executing the team’s disposition assignments. Jonathan specializes in portfolio, multi-tenant, and single-tenant transactions and has significant experience in forming creative deal structures such as equity recapitalizations (continued ownership) and the tax-deferred UPREIT. Prior to joining CREG, Jonathan served as a Healthcare Capital Markets advisor with a national full service real estate firm.
