As a Senior Associate of Capital Real Estate Group, Chase assists the Capital Markets platform with disposition and acquisition strategies. His responsibilities primarily include analyzing and underwriting office/flex properties across the Southeast.

Prior to joining Capital Real Estate Group, Mr. Mathews’ career started at CBRE where he first met his current colleagues, Tom Shafer and John Hinson. During his tenure at CBRE and Capital Real Estate Group, he has facilitated over $1 billion worth of real estate transactions.

Mr. Mathews grew up in Nashville, TN and attended the University of Georgia. Upon graduation, he moved to Atlanta.
