R.J. Coe is a Director of Capital Real Estate Group’s Healthcare Investment Sales team. He is
responsible for providing real estate professional services including financial modeling, business
development, marketing, and executing healthcare related transactions. Prior to joining CREG, Mr. Coe
served as financial and development analyst at Mid-Atlantic Realty Partners (MRP), in Washington,
D.C. While at MRP he underwrote nearly $450 million worth of real estate assets in medical office,
general office, retail, and residential property types. It was at MRP that he gained a great
understanding of commercial real estate investments and acquisition trends through the economic
downturn.

Mr. Coe then moved to Dallas, TX where he worked at CNL Commercial Real Estate (now Foundry
Commercial). Working in tandem with the South Florida office of CNL, he successfully evaluated
approximately 1 million square feet of industrial office space while asset managing an existing office
project located in Miami. He then transitioned to a healthcare real estate focus and joined Denver-
based firm Fleisher Smyth Brokaw. As financial analyst he underwrote a national healthcare property
portfolio that sold for over $700 million. Additionally, he analyzed and valued land sites around Denver
for a large national healthcare company, all while aiding in asset management of FSB’s existing
properties.

Most recently Mr. Coe served as analyst at a healthcare focused middle market investment banking
firm where he was responsible for financial analysis and preparing market collateral in support of the
healthcare investment sales team.

Mr. Coe is married and enjoys spending time outdoors.
